We did too. However, as you can see from the video, our Pug Piñata is running, walking & chillin' with no problem in these Hcpet brand small dog shoes! These are both fashionable & functional. These keep precious paws from burning. Remember the cemetery and streets are 10 times hotter than the temperature outside.

WARNING! IF THIS HAPPENS TO YOUR DOG: Use cool (not cold) water to flush the burned area for 10-15 minutes. This will help reduce the heat and pain. After cooling, gently pat the paw dry with a clean towel. If the burn appears severe or swelling or blistering, it's best to take your dog to the veterinarian for treatment
